Access to Servicing and Matchbox from the Admin Panel
To facilitate the management of consolidator users, direct access to the Servicing and Matchbox modules has been added to the Admin Panel view.
Invitation List and Management
From the Invitations tab, it is now possible to manage and differentiate the type of invitation sent, whether it is for creating a new user or assigning a new role to an existing user.
Invitations can be filtered by status:
All: displays the complete invitation history.
Pending: sent invitations that have not yet been accepted.
Expired: invitations that expired without being accepted.
They can also be filtered by invitation type:
New User: displays invitations sent to create users from scratch.
New Role: displays invitations sent to assign new roles to users who already belong to another consolidator.
Within each invitation, the following actions are available:
Copy invitation link
Resend invitation by email

How to create an Agency Group?
Branding Configuration
Branding configuration is now included within the General module when creating or editing an Agency or Company.
Details of ancillary services in the itinerary email
From now on, the confirmation email will include a detailed breakdown of the contracted ancillary services, clearly indicating which type of service each amount corresponds to.
Each additional service will display its own identified total. For example, if baggage has been purchased, it will appear as “Total ancillary services (Baggage)”.
Seat reservation services will also be incorporated soon and will be displayed as “Total ancillary services (Seats)”.
Improvements in user management and creation
- “Organization” column in the user list
The “Organization” column within the user list has been updated to provide greater clarity regarding the scope of each profile.
It is now clearly identified which type of organization the user has a role in: Consolidator, Agency, or Company.
If a user belongs to more than one consolidator, the number of associated organizations will be displayed directly.
- Permission activation / deactivation
When creating a new user or role, or editing an existing one, the All / None activation option has been added.
All: automatically enables all modules and permissions.
None: disables all modules and permissions.
- User creation within the agency list
When a user is created from the administration panel within the agency list, the system automatically identifies the corresponding organization and assigns it by default when creating the role.
