Automatic Deactivation by Role
As of this update, the automatic user deactivation in Starlings is now applied by Role within the same consolidator, rather than by user, as it worked previously.
With this change, the deactivation of a user in one consolidator will no longer affect other consolidators that use or wish to create a user with the same access in the tool.
This improvement provides greater flexibility and control in user management, preventing conflicts when handling shared accesses between different consolidators.
💡 Example: if a user with a specific email address is deactivated in one consolidator, they can remain active in another as long as they have an assigned role in that environment.
When creating a new user, it will now be possible to set a deactivation date.
In the user view, the status of each user will also be displayed.
