Agency groups
We have added a new section for creating agency groups.
Each group is assigned a name, and agencies belonging to the same consolidator can then be associated with it.
These groups can be used for various system configurations, such as assigning Fees.
How to create the group?
Settings > Agency Groups
In the first step, enter the group name and, optionally, a description.
In the second step, from the Agencies tab, select the agencies that will be part of the group.
Once the group has been created, it is also possible to assign agencies directly from the agency’s edit screen:
General > Group
Important: An agency can only belong to a single group.
Currently, grouping agencies not only allows for clearer organization for the consolidator, but also enables editing consolidator Fees by agency group.
How to create an agency group?
Credit limit alert
When issuing a flight ticket, the system validates the agency’s available credit.
If the balance is insufficient to complete the operation, an alert will be displayed indicating the credit balance and the available amount.
