New User Creation
With the goal of continuously improving the user experience and strengthening platform security, we have implemented a new user creation process.
From now on, when an administrator registers a new user, the system will send an activation email so the user can complete the registration, set their password, and confirm their account.
This additional step allows us to:
Avoid sending and handling temporary passwords.
Reduce the need for password resets.
Prevent the creation of users without their consent.
Additionally, we have introduced a new Invitations section within the Users module. From this section, administrators can view the list of sent invitations, resend an invitation, or copy the activation link to share it manually if the user did not receive the email.
Starlings Bookings Redesign > Trip Code
Starlings Bookings works as a single reference code that unifies all services booked within the platform, such as Wings and, and upcoming services.
This new design provides a clear overview of all contracted products, organized into service cards. It also enables agencies to send the purchase summary to the client and offer complementary products, enhancing both the sales and post-sales experience.
Wings: Reservation Detail Redesign
With the aim of supporting the rollout of new services that will be added over the coming months, we redesigned the reservation detail view in Wings.
This new design unifies the visual and functional experience across modules, offering a more intuitive, organized, and consistent interface. Information layout has been optimized, and action buttons are now more visible and accessible, making daily reservation management easier.
Platform Updates Center > Novedades
We have updated the Spanish name of the platform’s updates center. From now on, this section is called “Novedades” and can be found within the configuration menu of the consolidator’s administration panel.
How to configure the Update Center?
API Credentials Preload and IdWeb Display
To prevent errors and simplify the identification of the agency’s sales channel (IdWeb), when the consolidator enters API credentials, the system will automatically validate them.
As a result of this validation, the IdWeb information and the corresponding IdWeb name linked to those credentials will be displayed, allowing providers to be correctly configured in Servicing.
How to configure API Credentials for your agency?
API Fee in Reservation Import
From now on, the API Fee (configured in Servicing for clients with API integration) will also apply to the reservation import process in Wings.API Fee in Reservation Import
In Wings, it will be displayed as “API Fee”, while in the API it will appear in the ServiceAmount field.
Reservation Import Enabled for Consolidator Users
If the agency has the import switch enabled, agency users (Administrator and Full User roles) will also be able to perform this action.
