Within the platform, there are two main ways to access a booking, depending on the type of product you want to review.
General > Trips
This section displays all bookings made by the company on the platform, regardless of the module used (flights, hotels, services, etc.).
Bookings are presented in a unified way under a single trip code (Trip Code), providing a comprehensive view of the customer’s trip.
When selecting a trip, you can access a complete summary of the booked products, organized into service cards. From this view, the agency can:
Send the purchase summary to the customer.
Offer complementary or additional products.
Manage the sales and post-sales experience in a centralized manner.
In the top bar, there are direct access links to each of the services included in the trip, allowing you to enter the details of each one and perform the available actions according to the product type.
Wings > Bookings
This section exclusively displays the list of flight bookings made through the Wings module.
From here, it is possible to:
Use filters to perform specific searches (by dates, status, etc.).
Use the search field to locate a booking by entering the booking code.
To access the details of a booking, click on the corresponding “eye” icon.
From this screen, you can take action on the booking: issue, cancel, reissue, and refund (if the airline has this option enabled).
Additionally, the following information is available:
History: a record of all actions performed on the booking.
View rules: fare conditions associated with the ticket.
Additional passenger details: extended information for each passenger..
Price details.
Sending the itinerary
The itinerary can be sent either from the bookings list or from the details of a specific booking.
Before confirming the sending, the platform allows you to edit the recipients’ email addresses and define whether the booking price will be included in the sent itinerary.
