If you have already created a reservation, either through the traditional flow of the application or by importing a PNR, you can request its cancellation.
To cancel the reservation, you need to access the details of the reservation. You can find the reservation in the booking list or use the search function to locate it using any of the associated reservation details.
Once you're in the reservation details, click on the "Cancel Booking" button in the top-right corner of the reservation. Make sure to verify that it is the correct reservation you want to cancel before proceeding with the cancellation request.
To proceed with the cancellation, you must confirm the action in the pop-up window.
Upon completing this action, the reservation status will change to "CancellationRequested." An automatic process will run subsequently, and if the cancellation is successful, the status will be updated to "Cancelled."
