New Branded Fares Selection Experience
The way available branded fares are displayed when selecting a flight has been completely redesigned.
Previously, fare options were displayed in a table format. With this update, each fare is presented as an individual visual card, making the information clearer and easier to identify.
What does each card display?
- Fare name and fare basis
- Total price and price difference compared to the selected option
- Baggage information
- Primary and secondary fare attributes, based on the information provided by each supplier
How does it work?
Up to three fares are displayed at a time, with navigation arrows allowing users to browse through the available options. The currently selected fare is visually highlighted for easier identification.
Edit Remarks Before Issuing a Booking
It is now possible to modify agency or company remarks before issuing a booking.
Previously, remarks were defined when the booking was created and could not be changed afterward. With this update, they can be edited from the booking details in Wings, within the new Remarks section, as long as the booking has not been issued or canceled.
New Credit Card Payment Experience at Checkout
The credit card payment section has been redesigned to simplify the payment process, providing a different experience depending on the user type.
Previously, users were first required to select the card type and installment plan. With this update, the experience is more intuitive and tailored to each scenario.
What's new?
Credit cards are now displayed directly in a visual format, clearly indicating which cards are enabled for payment with the selected airline, based on the configuration previously defined in the Matchbox Payments engine. If a card is unavailable, it appears disabled along with an explanatory message.
If there is only one saved card and it is enabled, it is selected by default.
Adding a new card is now available as an action below the list of saved cards, without the need to switch tabs.
Agency view: After selecting a card, installment options, interest details, and the option to enter an external authorization code are displayed.
Company view: The experience is simplified. Users only need to select the card, and the payment is automatically processed in a single installment, without additional options.
Proactive Communication Between Consolidators, Agencies, and Companies
It is now possible to proactively initiate communications from consolidators to agencies, and from agencies to companies, through the support ticket system.
Previously, communication was one-way: only agencies could open support tickets to consolidators, who responded reactively. With this update, users with the appropriate permissions can create proactive tickets by selecting the recipient when creating the ticket.
What's new?
- A new option is available to create proactive tickets, depending on the user's profile.
- When creating the ticket, the user must select the recipient within the corresponding organization (agency or company).
- The recipient receives an email notification containing the ticket details and a direct link to access it.
- Once the ticket is created, the subsequent interaction flow remains unchanged.
Improvements to User Management with Auto Login
Two enhancements have been introduced to the user creation and export process for consolidators using the Auto Login model.
Auto Login User Creation
For consolidators with the Auto Login feature enabled, a new option is now available when creating users, both individually and in bulk.
When this option is used, the user is automatically created as active and their Auto Login token is generated immediately, without sending an invitation email.
This removes the friction previously experienced when creating users who access the platform through the consolidator's own login system rather than directly through the platform.
Auto Login Token Export
The user export file now includes an additional column containing each user's Auto Login token.
If a user has tokens for multiple organizations, one row is generated for each token.
Each consolidator can only view and export the tokens associated with their own organizations.
User Activity Report: Searches and Bookings
User activity information has been added to the Users table, allowing administrators to view and export the number of searches and bookings performed by each user.
What's new?
- The Users table now displays the number of searches and bookings generated by each user.
- Each consolidator administrator can only view activity performed by their users within their own organization, without access to those users' activity in other agencies or consolidators.
- The Users export file (available from the Users section) also includes search and booking data, making monthly activity tracking easier.
Please note: Starting with this update, each user's search counter has been reset and will begin tracking activity from June 30, 2026 onward.
Multiple Point of Sale Selection in Consolidator Fee Rules
Consolidator fee rules have been enhanced to allow multiple points of sale to be selected within a single rule.
Previously, each rule could only be associated with one market. With this update, multiple points of sale can be included in the same rule, simplifying configuration and reducing the need to create duplicate rules for different markets.
Airline Exclusions in Commission Discount and Override Rules
Discount rule configuration has been expanded to provide more flexibility when defining which airlines are affected by each rule.
Previously, a rule could apply either to all airlines or only to a selected group of airlines. This often required creating separate rules for nearly every airline when only a few exceptions were needed.
With this update, discount rules can now be configured using one of three options:
- Apply to all airlines (default option)
- Apply only to the selected airlines
- Apply to all airlines except the selected airlines
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Reset by Administrators
The permission to reset users' Two-Factor Authentication (TOTP) has been extended to Agency Administrators and Consolidator Administrators.
Previously, this action could only be performed by Starlings.
With this update, any user with permission to manage users within their organization can also reset 2FA for users under their responsibility, without needing to escalate the request.
Every reset action is recorded in the user's change history, ensuring full traceability.
