The Agency Groups feature allows you to group different agencies under a single name, making their management and configuration within the system easier.
Each group can consist of agencies that belong to the same consolidator and can be used for various configurations, such as Fee assignment.
How to create a group?
Settings > Agency Groups
In the first step, enter the group name and, optionally, a description.
In the second step, from the Agencies tab, select the agencies that will be part of the group.
Once the group has been created, it is also possible to assign agencies directly from the agency’s editing screen:
General > Group
Important: An agency can only belong to a single group.
Currently, grouping agencies not only allows for clearer organization for the consolidator, but also enables editing consolidator Fees by agency group.
