2- Available roles and permissions
3- Creation of individual users
4- Creation of massive users (bulk)
1. Access to the Users section
A- If your role is Consolidator Administrator, you can create users for both the consolidator and the agencies. Once in the administration panel, you can access the Users section through User & Auth > Users.
B- If your role is Agency Administrator, you can create users for your agency by accessing the Users section through Settings > Users.
2. Available roles and permissions
Role types
Administrator: Can view/work on all bookings of their agency or consolidator. Can create/modify configurations enabled for the agency or consolidator.
Full-user: Can view/work on all bookings of their agency or consolidator.
Basic-user: Can view/work only on their own bookings.
Organization type
All roles can be assigned at the Consolidator level or Agency level (except Basic-user, which applies only at the agency level).
Organization
Name of the agency and/or consolidator.
Permissions
These are the actions enabled for the user.
Wings: Enables the air module for the user. (By default, it is not active, so the user must enable the switch to access Wings.)
Exchange and Refund: Enables the user to perform exchanges and refunds.
Issue: Enables the user to issue bookings.
3. Individual user creation
When creating a user individually, it is possible to manually assign an initial password and share it with the user. However, for security reasons, the first time the user accesses the platform, they will be prompted to create a new personal password.
To create a new user, go to the (+ Add user) button in the top-right corner. This will open a new window where you must complete the new user’s details and set a password.
Select the Role to be assigned to the user by specifying: role type, organization type, organization name, and the permissions to be granted.
When a new user or a new role is created, the system will send an activation email so that the user can complete the registration, set their password, and confirm their account.
4. Bulk user creation
In the case of bulk user creation, a random password will be automatically generated and will not be shared with the user. At the same time, a password recovery email will be sent so the user can securely set their own password.
Bulk user upload allows you to create users by importing a CSV file.
The following window will open, where you can download the file to be completed and later imported. The step-by-step configuration instructions will also be provided there.
Once the file is downloaded, you must complete the list of users with all required data in each column (see column specifications).
After completing and saving the file, upload it to proceed with the creation of all listed users.
If any field has not been completed correctly, an error will be reported at the time of confirming the upload.
5. Creation of existing users
If the user is already registered, there is an option to send an invitation for them to join the required organization. If the user has two or more agencies assigned, this will be shown in the “Agency” column of the users list.
When selecting to send an invitation, you must enter the user’s email address and define the role and permissions to be granted.
When a new user or a new role is created, the system will send an activation email so that the user can complete the registration, set their password, and confirm their account.
6- Invitation List
You can check the list of pending invitations (for new users or new roles assigned to existing users). In any case, you can resend the invitation or copy the activation link to share it manually.
Invitations can be filtered by status:
All: displays the complete invitation history.
Pending: invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted.
Expired: invitations that expired without being accepted.
They can also be filtered by invitation type:
New User: allows you to view the list of invitations sent to create users from scratch.
New Role: allows you to view the list of invitations sent to assign new roles to users who already belong to another consolidator.
Within each invitation, the following actions are available:
Copy invitation link
Resend invitation by email
View expiration date
Cancel invitation
7. User editing
By accessing a user and going to the “Roles and Permissions” tab, you can add a new role or edit an existing one.
You can also activate or deactivate the role using the switch.
