Once you have selected your desired flights, added any ancillaries you want, or chosen the appropriate branded fare, you should click on "Book" to begin the booking process.
The booking process consists of 3 simple steps. The first step involves entering the passenger details. Be sure to enter this information accurately to avoid any errors.
Step 1
Once you've completed the passenger details, click on "Next Step" to proceed to the next stage. You will see that you have advanced in the process as Step 1 will be marked as completed.
Step 2
Step 2 involves filling in the buyer's information. This could be the same as the passenger's information or different. Once you have filled in all the required details, click on "Next Step" to move to the final step of the process.
If the buyer has previously made a purchase, you can use the existing buyer search tool located at the top right of the form. By selecting an existing buyer, the form fields will automatically populate with their details.
In this step, you can also add any relevant issue remarks. To have the issue remark fields enabled, you must first configure them in the agency settings.
If you need to modify any information already entered, you can go back to a previous step by clicking on "Previous Step."
Step 3
In Step 3, you will select the payment method for the booking. At the top, you can choose between "Credit card" or "Cash/Other." Select the appropriate payment method for your booking. If you choose credit card, you must enter the credit card details before continuing.

Once you have selected the payment method, click on "Book." If everything is correct, you will see a confirmation screen for the booking.
