How to configure API required booking informations?

In this section, we will explain how to upload the documentation required by airlines that request it.

To perform this setup, you should:

1. Select "Servicing."
2. Then, choose "API Required Booking Infos."
3. Click on "Add Required Information.

Campos requeridos: 

Proveedor del servicio, Punto de venta (PCC), Carrier/s de aplicación e Información a ser requerida como obligatoria. 

***Debemos tener en cuenta que por default en todas las reservas se carga siempre DOCS de formato corto (nombre, apellido, género y fecha de nacimiento)*** 

FOID: Para solicitar el número de ID del pasajero. (Se debe seleccionar para el DOCS completo)

NATL: Para solicitar la nacionalidad del pasajero. (Se debe seleccionar para el DOCS completo)

DEXP: Para solicitar el vencimiento del ID del pasajero. (Se debe seleccionar para el DOCS completos) 

En resumen, para la carga del FOID se necesita seleccionar FOID y NATL y para la carga del DOCS completo (largo) se necesita seleccionar los 3 casilleros. 

Ingresada la información la guardamos haciendo clic en "Save".

Required Fields:

• Service Provider
• Point of Sale (PCC)
• Applicable Carrier(s)
• Information to be required as mandatory

Note: By default, all bookings will always include short-form DOCS (first name, last name, gender, and date of birth).

Fields Explanation:

• FOID: To request the passenger's ID number. (This should be selected for the complete DOCS)
• NATL: To request the passenger's nationality. (This should be selected for the complete DOCS)
• DEXP: To request the expiration date of the passenger's ID. (This should be selected for the complete DOCS)

Summary: To include FOID, you need to select both FOID and NATL. For complete (long-form) DOCS, all three boxes should be selected.

Once the information is entered, save it by clicking "Save."

To edit a configuration, click on the pencil icon next to the desired rule.

When you access the rule, you can either delete or modify it as needed.

Once you have made the changes, click "Save" to apply them. Please note that the update may take some time to take effect.
