To allow a Wings user to access Servicing, they must have an "assigned servicing token."
This token will be generated once the Servicing user is created with the role assigned to the agent. The Wings email must always match the Servicing user’s email.
The Servicing user can only be created by a user who has the required permission and access to Servicing. If you are this user, once you have logged into the Admin Panel, you must go to the “Wings” section in the left-side menu. Within “Wings”, select the “Servicing” option. On the right panel, the list of available functionalities will be displayed, where you must select “Users.
Select the "Add user" option to open the new user creation form.
Roles:
- Agency User: Can view reservations only for their agency (Web ID) and request issuance/cancellation.
- Agency Admin: Can view reservations only for their agency (Web ID). Can request issuance/cancellation and additionally can create subusers within the agency.
- Consolidator User: Can view all reservations within their Client Code (can view multiple Web IDs). Has access to manually change the status of reservations.
- Consolidator Admin: Has the same functionalities as the Consolidator User, but can also modify configurations (enable/disable providers, modify fees, discounts, etc.).
- Reporting for Consolidator: Can view reports for the Consolidator.
- Reporting for Agency: Can view reports for the agency.
- Enable terminal on booking page: Allows the user to access the GDS blue screen from the booking, as long as it is proprietary content.
How to load the Access Token:
Anyone with the "consolidator admin" profile can create a user in Servicing.
Once the user is created in Servicing with the automatically generated token, this token should be copied and entered into the Wings account for this user.
Remember that the user’s email in Wings must match the user’s email in Servicing.
Copy the access token:
The user should paste this token in the "Account settings" section of their account.
In the "Servicing access token" field, paste the token copied from the Servicing user.
After clicking "Save Changes," this new user will have access to the Servicing button within Wings in the agency.
