Within the Servicing section, accessible to users who have been granted access permissions (How to create a user with access to "Servicing"?), different types of reports can be viewed.
Control Panel
By navigating to Servicing > Control Panel, users can view a control panel that, for a maximum range of 30 days, will display important information for daily operations.
In this control panel, the following data can be visualized: a) the number of bookings by their status, b) the number of bookings by content source, c) the number of bookings by status and provider, d) the number of EMDs by provider, e) the number of bookings by sales channel (IDweb), f) the evolution of issuances over the last 30 days, and g) the number of searches performed in the system.
Example: Search - Last 30 days
The search evolution will show the number of searches generated to the system’s providers on a day-by-day basis over the last 30 days, including both the total searches made across different points of sale and the searches effectively generated to the providers or content sources.
Reports Section
By navigating to Servicing > Reports, users can download a certain number of reports in .csv format, allowing them to manage daily operations.
-
Ancillaries Report
In the Ancillaries report, users can view bookings that contain associated ancillaries, along with the type and status of each one.
-
Bookings Report
In the Bookings report, users can view, for a specified date range, a list of bookings generated in the system, including information such as their status (including canceled, confirmed, and issued bookings), origins and destinations, airlines, over and applied commission, tickets (if any), amounts, and other important data.
-
BookingsByIssueDate Report
The information included in this report is the same as in the Bookings report, but it only contains issued bookings, and the period used for downloading the information corresponds to the booking’s issue date rather than its creation date.
-
Currency Historic Report
The Currency Historic report provides daily information on the exchange rates used by the system for currency conversion, using the US dollar (USD) as the base currency.
-
SearchPCC Report
In this report, users can view the total number of searches performed by each point of sale registered in the system. The report will show both the total searches involving a point of sale and the searches effectively made to the provider. The PCC column indicates the name of the point of sale as it is registered in the system, as well as the airline involved in the search, e.g., CSDAR-CM.
-
Tickets Report (available only for certain products)
This report includes tickets from each GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, and/or Galileo) that were issued at each point of sale.
