To manage the content associated with an Idweb or sales channel, go to the "Servicing" section within "Wings" and select the "Providers" option from the menu.
Important: The configuration made in this section will directly impact the display of flight results.
Available Functions:
1. Search and Filters: By searching for Web, a list of configured content will be displayed. Additionally, other filters can be used, such as the provider, POS code, and whether the content is owned or shared.
2. Editing and Deletion: Edit existing rules or delete them as needed.
3. Content Status and Active: In the case of shared content, the "Content status" column will show whether it is configured and ready by the content owner (green checkmark). The "Active" column indicates whether the content is available or not.
4. Bulk Actions: Select one or multiple rows to delete, activate, deactivate, or change the content’s priority.
5. Review of configured routes and the option to duplicate content to another Idweb.
6. Editing Own Content: Add and configure new content.

B- How to activate shared content?
A- How to activate own content?
Using the available filters, you can display and edit your own providers according to the selected web (Idweb). You must select "Own content" in Content Type to see only your own content.
The user can edit already added content (click on the pencil button) or add new content (click on the "Add query provider" button). In both cases, the following fields need to be completed:
Flight type:
Domestic: When the country of origin and the destination country are the same. Example: BUE-COR. Regional: When the country of origin and destination are different but within the same continent. Example: BUE-NYC.
Interregional: When the country of origin and destination are different and not within the same continent. Example: BUE-MAD.
Priority:
The lower the number, the higher the priority. This means that when more than one provider is loaded for the same route, the result displayed — given the same price — will be the one with the highest priority.
Complete the mask with the required conditions for the new provider and finally click "Save" to add it.
Other actions to manage content:
Check NDC routes:
Allows reviewing whether a specific route is configured in the selected NDC content.
Test route
Allows identifying which provider is loaded for a particular route. By specifying the route, the results will show the loaded content (whether active or not), and it can be edited from there.
Duplicate providers
Allows duplicating and copying the content from one Idweb to another. To duplicate content from one Idweb to another, within the "Providers" tab, select "Duplicate providers" and complete the mask with the relevant information. To save, click "Duplicate".
B- How to activate shared content?
The Idweb owner will be able to view shared content within the "Query Providers" section using the "Yielded content" filter.
The corresponding line for the new rule will appear, allowing the evaluation of the conditions configured by the content owner. If necessary, by clicking "edit", the recipient can activate the rule according to their criteria and assign the desired priority, as well as exclude any provider.
