AutoTK is the tool used to configure automatic ticket issuance.
To set up an AutoTK Robot, go to Servicing and click Robot AutoTK in the options menu. Then, select New Record to start entering the configuration details.

Select the Web ID where the robot will be activated and specify how the ticket issuance process should be executed.
- OnDemand: Synchronous ticket issuance (immediate). Recommended.
- Robot: Asynchronous ticket issuance (the process must wait for a routine to run in a queue). Not applicable to Wings clients.
Click Save to save your changes.
Editing the AutoTK Robot Configuration
To edit an existing Robot AutoTK configuration, click the Pencil/Edit icon at the end of the corresponding configuration row.
Important: The editing form will appear at the bottom of the page. Once you have made the necessary changes, click Save to apply them.
