1. Access the Support Portal
2. Log In
Click on "Submit a request" (top right corner).
You’ll be prompted to log in with your username and password (provided by Starlings).
🔐If you don’t remember your password, click on “Forgot password” to reset it.
3. Fill Out the Form
Complete the request form with as much information and detail as possible:
Topic or type of issue
Clear and detailed description of the case
Attachments if needed (screenshots, examples, etc.)
4. Track Your Request
Once the form is submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
You can also track the status of your request through the support portal.
🔎 Request Statuses
Open: The request has been received and is under review.
Reported: The issue has been escalated to the technical team and is being monitored.
Under Evaluation: The request has been logged for future development.
Awaiting Your Response: A response or action is required from the customer.
Resolved: The issue has been resolved.
